Things to include are names of people you have dealt with, with regard to your property purchase
Ie estate agents names
Builders names
Solicitors names etc
Along with relevant dates and times
These dates and times should include the dates you was shown the plot of property,
The introduction to your solicitor etc etc
This information can be used to prove that you purchased your property in good faith, rather than buying a property knowing full well that it was an illegal build
You will find it easier to gather the information whilst its still fresh, rather than relying on gathering information at a later date
By producing this information in your defence, you can also help bring justice to those who are or were responsible for selling you an illegal property.
